(1) Customer provides the outline drawing (2D CAD or 3D) of the impeller, as well as the water conservancy drawing.
(2) Our engineer designs according to the drawings, reports the mold price and estimated impeller unit price.
(3) Both of us sign a mold manufacturing contract.
We provide impeller samples for customer performance testing. If the sample test is qualified, the customer shall provide a test report for filing for future reference. If the test fails, the customer will provide a test report and the engineer will make corresponding adjustments based on the data. Provide samples again for performance testing. Until the impeller performance meets the requirements. (4-6 weeks)
